To protect, advance the rights and empower household electricity consumers in the power sector.

OBJECTIVES

  1. To work towards ensuring that the supply of electricity is at the least cost manner
  2. Expand the chapters in sixteen (16) regions in 2010, including universities/colleges
  3. Cover all one hundred forty (140) electric cooperatives in two (2) years
  4. rganize and conduct power forums in sixteen (16) regions in one (1) year
  5. Organize and conduct power forums in selected Metro Manila Barangays
  6. Organize and conduct Power Forums among Senior Citizens Association in Metro Manila
  7. Create Network Plan in three (3) months
  8. Registration of Electric Cooperatives with CDA
